1. The Website

The Website provides information and documentation about phpClaw. We may change, suspend or remove any part of it at any time.

2. The Open-Source Software

The phpClaw packages are open-source software released under the MIT License. Your use of the software is governed by that license, not by these Terms, and nothing in these Terms limits your rights under it.

3. The phpClaw Platform

The phpClaw Platform, our hosted service for agent tracing and prompt security, is in development and is not yet available. No accounts or subscriptions are offered today. Separate terms will be published before it launches, and features described on the Website may change before release.

The phpClaw packages already include optional phpClaw Cloud settings. They have no effect until the phpClaw Platform launches and you create an account under its terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the Website in violation of any law or the rights of others;
• attempt to breach, probe, overload or disrupt the Website or the servers behind it;
• send spam, malware or misleading information through the contact form;
• copy large parts of the Website in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

5. Contact Form

Please give accurate information when you contact us. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or any commitment on either side.

6. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The Website content and the phpClaw name and logo belong to phpClaw. The MIT License covers the software code only; it does not grant rights to our name or branding.

Other names that appear on the Website, such as the platforms and AI providers phpClaw works with, are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to say what phpClaw works with, and phpClaw is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

7. Third-Party Links

The Website links to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Website and its content, including the documentation, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The software is provided without warranty as set out in the MIT License. To the maximum extent permitted by law, phpClaw is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which phpClaw operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms will be handled in that jurisdiction.
