1. Information We Collect

We collect only the following:

• Contact form: when you send an enquiry through the enterprise contact form, your name, email address, company (optional), the platform you use, and your message, together with the IP address and browser user agent of the request.
• Website analytics: aggregate visit statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
• Technical data: our hosting infrastructure may record request information such as IP address, user agent, requested address and time, to operate and secure the Website. This includes update checks that phpClaw adapters installed on your site make to phpclaw.ai.
• Browser storage: your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser's local storage. It is never sent to us.

2. The Open-Source Software

The phpClaw packages run on your own servers. We do not receive your prompts, conversations, content or customer data. Requests to AI providers go directly from your server to the provider you configure, under that provider's terms.

phpClaw Cloud settings in the software. The phpClaw packages include optional phpClaw Cloud settings: a Cloud key, feature switches and a signing secret. Nothing is sent to us unless you enter a phpClaw Cloud key, and a key that is not valid causes at most one request to check it. Keys are not available yet, because the phpClaw Platform is in development. Before it launches, we will publish its Privacy Policy and Terms, and you will accept them when you create an account.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to answer your enquiries, to operate, secure and improve the Website, and to understand overall traffic. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

4. How Long We Keep It

Contact form enquiries are kept for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics are aggregate and are not tied to you.

5. Sharing and Sub-processors

We share information only with providers that help us run the Website, for example hosting, database hosting, email delivery and analytics, under agreements that require appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information where required by law.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Subject to your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at er.akashpatel1908@gmail.com.

8. International Transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms to protect your information.

9. Children's Privacy

The Website is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time, and we will update it before the phpClaw Platform launches. The date above shows when it last changed.
